Koon Yick Wah Kee Chilli Sauce is a classic Chinese restaurant style chilli sauce made in Hong Kong. This is a great sauce to use with any Chinese cuisine, including Yum Cha, for that authentic Chinese restaurant taste and flavour.
Also available in a smaller 200ml bottle.
Ingredients: White Vinegar (Cooking Wine, Rice Paste, Water), Red Chilli, Sugar, Garlic, Sweet Potato, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E211).

This by far my favourite chilli sauce has been so for decades.
There is no South- East Asian grocery store in my suburb, so online shopping was my only option ton get this sauce.
price is a bit steep
