Have called UPS dozens oftimes inthe last year tohave them add anote tomy account with instructions onhow toget tomy address. I've had noless than 5occasions ofUPS delivering mygoods tothe wrong address, with the most recent shipment not even turning upby anhonest neighbor. Iwish Icould just not ever use them, but somany online merchants make ithard totell what courier will beused for shipping that boycotting them isfutile. Inever had any major issues with UPS before Ilived atthis address, but now Ihave less than half ofmy packages arrive successfully without mehaving topick itup ata local access point ora neighbors porch. Ifyou have any option, stay far away and you'll bemuch better served byFedEx orUSPS.… – show

My package was sitting atthis distribution center for two days beyond when itwas supposed tobe delivered. Iasked tojust come pick itup and atfirst they said yes but then gave methe wrong hours. When Icalled again they said itstill wasn't ready tobe picked upyet and Ihad towait longer. Istill dont have mypackage and Ispent alot ofmoney for next dayair.

Day three ofwaiting for mypackage tobe delivered. Yesterday, Iwaited allday. Tracking said itwould bedelivered by7pm. That didn't happen. Instead the package was delivered after 7pm and the driver did NOT knock onmy door, instead heplaced asticker onmy door. Hedidn't even pull into mydriveway. Hemade NOattempt toget myattention soI could sign for mypackage. Iwill never use UPS again. I'm also going tofile acomplaint with the government agency that sent the package.

Delivery driver will NOT deliver mypackages ontime. Even ifsomeone ishome, iget anattempted delivery notice. The driver clearly foes their job when they want to
Update: after calling and complaining, AND trimming all the trees down the driveway, still cannot get mypackages ontime…

I try toalways choose fedex but attimes UPS isthe only option. The drivers are lazy and take any opportunity not todeliver. Fedex every time.UPS once claimed abottle of$3shampoo could not beleft without mehome. Spoiler alert itrequired nosignature. Worst company ever. They suck

I wish Icould give 0stars. I've been waiting for mymattress for OVER AWEEK and UPS customer service isa robot that talks you incircles and takes you back tothe top ofthe menu. They will not put ahuman onthe phone, sogood luck with your $400+ purchases. Rather than answer the phone, orprovide ACCURATE updates, Iwas sent anemail saying ifI don't get mymattress byTuesday Ineed tocontact the website Ibought itfrom toreceive arefund orto resend. Again, Iwish Icould give 0stars. How about answering the phone orhaving more than “in transit” when it's over 3days late? Ifa single human being answered the phone, THEN UPS would've earned it's 1star.… – show
