What do I do when I arrive at the login screen?
The easiest method is to use create an account first, and if you have an account, it will tell you to log in; if you don’t, you can use the phone number or email, and it will sync with your Rock account.

Do I need to be a member of the Eleven22 Community to use?
Nope, but you do need to create an account. You can select “Eleven22 Online” as your campus.

How do I get to my settings?
Select the profile icon or photo on the top left corner to access your profile settings.

Have you downloaded the latest app version?
No? Then do it! Find the latest version of the Eleven22 App in the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android). You can find which version you have by looking at the bottom of your settings page.

Have you downloaded the latest OS (operating system) for your device?
In a nutshell, your phone has to have a compatible OS for the latest Eleven22 App version. You can find this in the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android). Pull up the Eleven22 App in the App/Play Store and then scroll down to ‘Information’ and click on ‘Compatibility.’ Cross-check this with your device’s OS version within your phone’s settings.

After ensuring you have the latest versions of our app and OS for your device, have you cleared offline data in our app?
Clearing offline data also ensures that you have the latest data stored in your app for faster loading. Go to settings and select “Clear Offline Data.”

Okay, by now you should have the latest versions of the app and OS AND you’ve cleared the offline data, but it’s still not working?
Uninstall the app, then reinstall it. We know it sounds crazy, but this honestly works sometimes.

Do you have any other tips?

• Make sure your phone does not have a VPN active. This can interfere with data access functions within the app.
• Try using the app while on wifi-only. Turn off your cellular data.
• Try using the app on a different wifi network. Turn off your cellular data and ensure you’re on a differently named wifi network.
• Try using the app while on cellular data-only. (Turn off your wifi connection.)

How to add my prayer?

In the Daily Habit of “Pray for Others” you will be prompted to add your prayer request after praying for community members.

Can I read or do I have access to the whole Bible in this app?
Nope, the daily scripture is curated through-out the year. You can get access to other chapters of the book we are currently focusing on by clicking on ‘Scripture’ and then selecting the book icon in the top-right-hand corner.

Which version of the Bible does this scripture section use?
ESV

How do I create a journal?
To create a journal entry, click on the expand icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the specific scripture verse. When expanded, you will have the option to utilize the journal feature at the bottom of your screen.

How long are my journal entries stored?
Indefinitely.

Where do I view my streak progress?

On the app’s “Daily” tab, you will see an option to “View History.” Click on this to see your Daily Habit Progress. This will show a calendar view of what days you have completed at least one of your daily habits (scripture, prayer, or gratitude).

At the top of the progress page, you can also see your current streak, your best streak, and your total days you’ve completed daily habits in the app.

What contributes to my daily progress habit?
Completing any one of the daily habit exercises: Scripture, Prayer, or Gratitude are the main ways to achieve progress towards your daily streak.

How exactly does the Scripture streak work?
Read scripture each day to keep the streak going! Seems so simple, right? But here are a couple details to know:

1. When you read scripture each day, click on the expand icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the specific scripture verse and scroll ALL the way down to the bottom. You should see a prompt that says, “What stands out to you?”
2. Each day is defined as 12:00A-11:59P EST. Keep this in mind if you are in a different time zone.
3. You know it’s counted as a streak when the Scripture icon color changes and adds a checkmark on the “Daily” tab.

What about the Prayer streak?
Pray for the Community each day to keep the streak going! Same details as above, you have to pray for someone else and then add your own prayer.

And the Gratitude streak?
Answer the prompts each day to keep the streak going! Again, same details as above, but FYI you can set these to be private if you’d prefer.

Disclaimer
The streak feature is intended to be an encouragement to discover and deepen your relationship with Jesus daily. If you miss a day, it’s okay. We want to keep the streak count honest, so with that in mind, we do not have any way to manually update this number.

Where can I give within the app?
Open the app and select “Give” from the list of tabs on the bottom. Once you navigate to this tab, select your campus and you will be taking out of the app to PushPay.

Do you store my financial information?
No, we do not store your financial information anywhere with the app.
